Potty pro

It's been a long 12 days but Ethan is doing great with the potty! He actually goes to sit without a fight when reminded and has gotten to the point of "knowing" when he needs to go and initiating. He keeps his pants dry (so far) when he is out and about. At daycare last week he held it in for 7 hrs one day and 9 hrs the next. It was a bit of a power struggle for a few days...But now he is so proud when he gets pee and poop in the potty! Here is a common conversation these days:
Ethan: daddy, good job going pee pee in the potty! Do you get a sucker?
Owen: no, buddy YOU get suckers for going in the potty. What should daddy get?
Ethan: ummm...daddy you get beer!
Owen: yup, I get beer!
