Let me out!!!

Ethan's been out in the world as long has he was in the womb. Here is the dialogue from our doctor visit.
Pediatrician: "So, Ethan is here for his 9 month appointment? Because that is a really big baby sitting on your lap."
Me: "Yep, 9 months. He's big and happy."
Pediatrician: (after examining him) "Well, he's perfect. Ethan, you must have read the book on transitioning from laying to sitting because you have great form."
So overall, it was a great visit, the first visit without shots.
His 9 month stats- Height 75-90% at 29 and 1/4 inches. Weight 75% at 21 lbs, 12 oz
We had a play date with Mallory after the appointment and every time Mal made a high pitched girly noise- Ethan started crying! Crying with real tears! It was funny, sad, and a little pathetic. I don't know why he was doing that but he took a really long nap yesterday afternoon so I'm thinking that since we disrupted his normal nap times it could have been from being over tired. We'll try another play date again soon.
