Family photo at the Choo Choo restaurant. We took the Metra train from Palatine to Des Plaines (about a 15 minute ride) and ate burgers and fries delivered by a real model train. It was a really fun birthday treat especially with Gigi and Papa John joining us.

It is normal in our family to celebrate birthdays for at least a week, so naturally we had to do the same for Ethan. His birthday celebration was extended throughout his birthday weekend (Feb 18-19) and then followed by a small party with his best friends on March 11th. Ethan's favorite part of his birthday was by far the presents!
